The following rules are for the safety of everyone attending and involved with this event. We are fortunate to exist in a positive community and city so it's everyone's responsibility to protect that. This includes abiding by these rules as well as notifying group leaders about any violations or jeopardizing actions.
You agree to provide valid government-issued photo identification that includes your legal name and date of birth for verification during the ticket purchasing process and at entrance to the event. The email address entered for the vetting form must match email used for ticket purchase.
All attendees must respect each other's boundaries and obtain explicit consent before engaging in any physical interactions or activities. This includes hugs, playful gestures, or any contact with another person.
For the comfort of everyone attendees must maintain good personal hygiene by showering and practicing thorough cleanliness before attending the event. Please avoid attending if you feel sick or have been exposed to airborne illness. No messy diapers are allowed at the event. Again, no diaper/underwear defecation at all.
Shoes must be worn at all times.
Diaper changes are only allowed in the designated change area or bathrooms. No public nudity or diaper changes are permitted outside of this designated area. Dispose of used diapers in the changing area trashcan.
Smoking/vaping is only allowed outside in the enclosed area. The venue has asked that talking/noise outside be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbors. If the area becomes crowded or too loud hosts/volunteers may ask attendees to return inside.
Attendees must use good judgment and avoid over imbibing. Anyone who becomes visibly drunk and/or belligerent may be barred from future events. No outside beverages allowed. Free water will be provided.
Because there is limited space for storage only small draw-string bags are allowed. Full-sized backpacks will be turned away at the entrance.
Treat event hosts with respect and follow their instructions or guidance. They are there to ensure the smooth running of the event and provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants.
Foster an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, any form of discrimination based on race, gender, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics will NOT be tolerated. Use of slurs or discriminatory language is not allowed and subject to a warning and/or ban. No weapons are permitted at this event.
Respect the privacy and confidentiality of all attendees. What happens at the event should stay within the event unless explicit permission is given. Phones are allowed but if any non-consensual recordings/photos are suspected hosts have the right to investigate the device. Be mindful of any ‘selfies’ with other non-consenting attendees in the background. Do not disclose the location of the venue to non-attendees.
Please alert hosts/volunteers wearing bright armbands to any concerns or incidents of inappropriate behavior or violation of the rules.
Rule violations can result in being banned from all Rhode Island ABDL munches, events, and affiliate munches/events.
